Regular monthly Board Meetings of the Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems Board of Directors are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of November and December.  Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the TBHS Training Center, at 129 East Burnside Street, Caro, MI 48723 - 989.673.6191 or 1.800.462.6814.
