WHAT IS THE RECIPIENT RIGHTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE?

The committee, to the extent possible, shall be an active and representative group of persons who receive or have received public mental health services, including their family members and community members. The committee members review the TBHS Recipient Rights Office activities, meet on a quarterly basis, serves as an advisory capacity to the Chief Executive Officer of TBHS and the Rights Officer, and reviews recipient’s appeals.
